(WITH PROFIT)

'ENDOWMENT ASSURANCE POLICY' is the most popular plan. It provides family protection as well as old age provision at an affordable premium. This policy is suitable for all categories of people.

Salient Features

Sum assured is payable either on survival to the term or on death occuring within the term.
With Profit and a Without Profit plans are available under this policy.
Bonus for the full term is payable on the date of maturity or in the event of death, whichever is earlier.
Premiums can be limited to shorter term or can be paid as single premium.
Premiums cease on death or on expiry of term whichever is earlier.

Benefits

On Death or Survival:
- Basic Sum Assured and bonus under the With Profit plan.
- Basic Sum Assured only under Without Profit plan.

Restrictions

Minimum Sum Assured :
- Rs.10,000/- for entry age upto 60 years.
- Rs.25,000/- for entry age from 61-65 years.
Minimum premium must be Rs.800/- per annum.
Minimum premium term : 5 years
Maximum premium term : 55 years
Mamimum maturity age : 75 years
Minimum age at entry : 12 years
Maximum age at entry : 65 years normally but 60 years for single premium only.
Loan available after 3 years.
